Andrea has spent 20 years focusing on the Midtown and Downtown market for small and medium sizes tenancies as an Office Leasing Specialist. She has extensive experience in the commercial real estate investment area with owner-users, as well as with tenants. As a building owner manager in her own right, she brings practical, hands-on experience to office lease negotiations and detailed lease issues. She has managed exclusive listing assignments of close to 1 million square feet on behalf of a number of Toronto's top Landlords.
