In his role he managed a corporate real estate portfolio throughout North America and internationally where he was involved in complex negotiations, valuations, creative financing, new facility construction, and the consolidation of multiple aerospace manufacturing sites. Ryan’s background provides his clients with a significant edge, providing advice and services that extend beyond simply executing a transaction. He invests time to understand the overall objectives, and provides creative, strategic real estate solutions for each and every client.
