Fay Goveas joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as a licensed real estate professional focusing on office leasing and sales in the Greater Toronto area. Fay has a very client-focused approach to the business and possesses in-depth market knowledge, excellent analytical skills and a strong financial aptitude. These traits, along with her innate ability to see the “bigger picture” in any transaction, ensure that she is able to thoroughly represent her client’s best interests.
