Michael is a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield in their Downtown Toronto office. Michael’s primary focus is the GTA where he is active in both office leasing and office investment. Since 2006, he has completed over 600 transactions on behalf of tenants, landlords, purchasers and vendors. Michael is actively listed on more than 30 assets across Toronto’s downtown market where he works with clients on their; portfolio strategy, marketing plan, tenant outreach programs, lease negotiations and building repositioning projects. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
