Mr. Reilly has over 14 years of experience in office leasing on both the landlord and tenant representation side of the business and has worked on transactions totaling over 5 Million square feet. Past and present landlord clients include Slate Properties, Dundee REIT, Liberty Developments, Woodbridge Company Limited, Brookfield Properties and HOOPP. Mr. Reilly has completed tenant representation assignments for Shell Canada (Ontario), BMC Software (Ontario and Quebec), MacLeod Dixon LLP (Toronto), Work Place Safety and Insurance Board (Toronto), Canadian Payroll Association (Toronto) and Bayard Press (Toronto). Mr. Reilly is focused on implementing a strategic process to create maximum value from real estate and the alignment of corporate real estate with company goals.
